Do you handle revisions and client feedback?

We encourage open communication and value your feedback throughout the design process. We agree on the amount of revisions at the project briefing stage and accommodate revisions to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.

How do you handle intellectual property and design ownership?

You will have full ownership rights to the final design and related assets once the project is finalised and final payments made, safeguarding your brand’s identity.

How will the final design files be delivered after the Brand Identity Design project is completed?

On completion, we will provide you with a comprehensive package of the final design files. These files will be delivered digitally, typically through a secure file-sharing platform or via email, in a format that suits your needs.
